Returns and Refunds Policy

At Andrew Alps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a return or refund under the following terms.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all packaging and tags.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

2. Return Process

  • To request a return, please contact our support team with your order details and a description of the issue.

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return process.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

  • Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued in the form of cash at the time of return pickup or through an alternative method mutually agreed upon during resolution.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

4. Exchanges

  • If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will arrange for a replacement product (subject to availability).

  • Exchanges follow the same eligibility and approval process as returns.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are returned without original packaging will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
